Individual Therapy

I offer in-person and virtual therapy to humans age 16 to 102, and I am able to take many common insurance plans.

Discovering the right therapist is a process that involves finding a match for your individual needs and values. Before committing to a full session with me, I invite prospective clients for a free 15-minute phone consultation (aka “vibe check”) to discuss what you hope to get out of therapy and how I may be able to help you.

Group Therapy

Group offers a unique experience to connect with other people who are experiencing similar life challenges and experiences to you. It can be a great addition to individual therapy, or a option for folks who are specifically interested in working through specific issues.

Check out my Neurodivergent group page for information on signing up for a current group!

Other previous groups include:

  • Autism support

  • LGBTQ+ support

  • Trans/Non-binary support

  • Overcoming shame and building resiliency

  • Interpersonal process

  • Chronic illness support

Presentations

I am available for presentations and outreach upon request, and have experience presenting to groups of various sizes on a variety of my stated specialties and clinical interests.

Supervision

I practice supervision from a developmental and strengths based supervision model, incorporating several elements of my own theoretical orientation. I often tell my supervisees that my goal is for them to experience growth in their own evolution as a trainee, rather them to conform to my own style of practice.

I am currently not able to accept supervisees.

I am a pre-licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia, which means I am supervised by a fully licensed clinical psychologist until I reach full licensure.
