For the wanderers, the wonderers, and the ones still figuring things out—you’re welcome here.

I’m a mental health therapist in Georgia with a passion about creating a space where humans of all communities feel heard, supported, and empowered.

I often work with folks navigating trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, neurodivergence, LGBTQ identity exploration, and all the complexities of meaning, identity, and purpose. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded in authenticity, and focused on helping you build a meaningful life—even when things feel messy.

Curious about working together?

Nice to meet you, I’m Rachel.

  1. inclusion

I affirm and celebrate all your intersecting identities—including race, gender, sexuality, relationship structure, body size, and neurotype. Come exactly as you are.

Therapy Values

2. anti-oppression

Your pain doesn’t exist in isolation. I seek to understand how systems like racism, sexism, fatphobia, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and capitalism shape a person—and I am committed to continuing to challenge these systems.

3. relational

We are shaped in relationship—and often we heal there, too. I approach my sessions with intention, curiosity, and care—knowing that healing often begins in spaces of trust and connection.

4. growth through discomfort

I help clients shift from avoiding pain to building a life rooted in what matters. When we stop trying to “fix” discomfort and start relating more openly, we call allow space for authentic growth.
